MEET LUCY...our furbaby

aka: Lucy Goosey, Goose

We bought our furbaby, an English Bulldog we named Lucy in August 2009.  We hadn't even planned on getting her, but once we saw her, we just had to have her!

We were visting family in Michigan when I drove by a sign saying "English Bulldogs for sale".  I told Steve about it and within the hour he had driven by the sign, written the number down and saved it in my cell phone.  The next day, we had ourselves a puppy.  Good thing she likes car-rides, because at 11 weeks old Lucy made her first journey- to her new home in North Carolina.

Lucy is the most energetic, loving, loyal bulldog I've ever seen.  Her favorite toy is "Mr. Pink Guy", whom she simply cannot go to sleep without.  She loves chasing after balls (especially footballs), playing tug-of-war, chewing on fingers (but not in a vicious way), sleeping, and cuddling.  She is very friendly and loves to give kisses!  And yes, she does snore like crazy and she farts.  A lot.  But we love her anyways : )
